Ben Springer
Coach
Ben started his journey of recovery from anxiety, depression and self-worth over 15 years ago. At a very early age Ben learned to hide his pain and loss by doing whatever he could to distance himself from his heart. He sought the help needed in his story from gifted men that have gone before him in recovery and healing. This lit a flame in Ben to never stop working on his story and being in other men’s lives to help them seek freedom and restoration.
He was raised in the mountains of Oregon and Alaska which lead to a sense of adventure, and he is a constant “seeker of peace”. For the past 7 years Ben worked as the director of men’s ministry for his local church in Ft Collins, CO before joining Tin Man Ministries. He has an unfailing love of people and seeing the true heart of men despite their circumstances.
Ben lives in Ft Collins with his wife, Sarah of 19 years, and two sons: Sam (16) and Andrew (14) and 2 crazy German Shorthair puppies. You can find Ben watching his sons’ sports, hiking, fly fishing, snowboarding, and finding peaceful moments in the every day of life.
