Bryce Harcey
Coach
For as long as Bryce knew, the best way to relate to people and be loved was through achievement and performance. But the more he accomplished and the more leadership responsibilities he took on, the more disconnected from God, his own heart, and others he felt. “Bottoming out” in despair and in the loneliness of leadership, Bryce reached out to Tin Man Ministries for help. Bryce began the courageous journey of facing the pain, shame, anxiety, addiction, and codependency of his past with honesty and humility.
Bryce is now using his story and his 20 years of experience in leadership, pastoral, military, and discipleship contexts to help others live fully and lead well. Bryce supports men on the journey of trusting the Lord with ALL their hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6) and embracing their passion and calling.
Bryce is from Minnesota and lives in Tennessee. He has been married to his wife, Gina, since 2004. They have 3 sons, Stanley, Timothy and Henry. They enjoy spending time at the lake, playing pickleball, and throwing barbecues in the backyard with friends and family.
