Jeff is passionate about creating safe places for leaders and couples to truly show up so they can awaken to the truth of their story and the cry of their heart. He loves helping leaders find their passion and voice so that they lead with greater curiosity, clarity and courage. Jeff knows that the greatest leadership comes out of emotional, relational and spiritual health. Jeff experienced the need for this himself in 2019 and was introduced to Tinman Ministries in 2020 where he began his own journey of recovery.

Jeff served as a youth pastor for 13 years, then planted Soma Church, a church in Tacoma, WA that led to a family of churches in North America and beyond.  In 2015 Jeff was asked to replant Doxa Church in Bellevue, WA out of the remains of Mars Hill Church. He now serves as the Executive Director for Saturate and as a Tinman Coach. Jeff is a gifted communicator, trainer, leader, coach and consultant. He has been a trusted friend, guide and mentor to c-suite leaders, professional athletes, musicians, actors, pastors and non-profit leaders. He has a BA in Business from Calvin College and has started or rebuilt several for-profit and non-for-profit companies. He also has an MA in Theology and Biblical Studies from Western Theological Seminary.

Jeff has been married to Jayne for 30 years and is the father of 3 children. Home for Jeff and Jayne is Redmond, WA.
