Kim is a corporate chaplain, teacher, Certified Professional Recovery Coach, and Certified Professional Life Coach. She also has additional training in relationship-centered work, pastoral counseling, and circle work.

Kim started her recovery among a community of women during a Voice of the Heart Bible Study. Through that experience, she began dealing with many painful issues in her life and as a result of doing recovery work, she found her voice. She has seen firsthand how Tin Man and being coached has helped her hear the truth and tell the truth about her own story and has propelled her forward in spiritual and emotional growth. She now has a deep passion to come alongside women as they tell their stories and seek healing in their lives and relationships.

Kim has been married to Jeff for almost 30 years and together they have five children ranging from teenagers to adults. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends, sitting in her backyard, going to the beach, camping, and road trips. Recently, Kim and her teenage daughter Julia took a 7,100 mile road trip from the East Coast to the West Coast.
